Company and Store FAQs

Here is where you will find our general frequently asked questions about Andy’s stores, and the company as a whole.

What is frozen custard? How is it different from ice cream, frozen yogurt, soft-serve, etc.?

  • Frozen Custard is similar to a premium Ice Cream except it is denser and creamier. We make our frozen custard fresh every 45-60 minutes and serve it at a higher temperature (18-20 degrees) which allows for you to better taste and enjoy our product, compared to ice cream which is served typically at or around 0 degrees.
