Have a question about Andy’s Loyalty Program or App? We’re here to help!

How does the Andy’s Loyalty program work?

Our program is designed to show our appreciation to loyal guests like YOU!  With our program, 1 point is earned for every $1 spent on any type of treat at any of our locations. Points are not earned on purchases such as gift cards or online merchandise.

When at the store please provide your Check In code or physical card rewards code to the team member at the register before payment. The team member will then be able to see and use any rewards you might have as well as add the points from your purchase. These points are then automatically converted. Every 50 points = $5 Reward

What’s the difference between a Gift Card and Loyalty Card?

So, you received a gift card for the most delicious frozen custard in the world? Congratulations! Your card will act as just a gift card until you officially register it. Once it is registered you can begin using it as your loyalty card. You can now begin earning points, gaining rewards, and can even access your stored gift card balance from your Check In code.

How do I register my physical Loyalty card?

Before you can start using points your card must be registered. Please click here to create an account and register your card.

If you already have an account, but have a new card you would like to add to your account, you can use the Loyalty Account Support form by clicking here.

I went to a store but didn’t receive my points. What do I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry about this! Just visit fill out a Loyalty Account Support form by clicking here.

Do I have to have a physical Andy’s Loyalty Card?

Nope! As long as you have registered loyalty account online or through our app, all of your information can be looked up at our stores with the check-in code from your Andy’s app. A physical card is not necessary to obtain points or redeem rewards. Information on our App can be found here.

How many loyalty accounts am I allowed to have?

One is all you need with us! Unfortunately, only one account per email is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be removed from the Andy’s Loyalty Program.

How do I see what rewards I have available?

Once you’re logged into the Andy’s App, tap the “Reward Details” button to see your points balance, stored value, and what rewards you have available. You can also tap “History” on this page to see a detailed timeline of all your past transactions.

What if I want to redeem my free treat reward for a treat that exceeds $5.00?

If your treat exceeds $5.00, you will be asked to pay the difference.

If I redeem my free treat reward for a treat less than $5.00, do I get any money back?

No. Once a treat is redeemed, the remaining balance is removed from your loyalty account.

Can I add funds to my loyalty account?

Yes! You can pre-load funds into your Andys mobile payment balance to use at the stores! When at the store you must provide your Check In code or physical loyalty card to access these funds.

I just registered to be a new Andy’s loyalty member! Where is my Free Treat?

Yay! Your new member Free Treat will appear in your loyalty account after your first purchase with us by providing your Check In code or physical loyalty card when you pay for your purchase. If you have any trouble, fill out a Loyalty Account Support form here.

Do you offer anything for my birthday?

Yes! If you are a registered Andy’s loyalty member, you will receive a Free Birthday Cone at the beginning of your birthday month to be used anytime during that month. (Happy Birthday BTW!!)

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes! We now have Andy’s eGifts that can be purchased online and sent to any email address. Click here to send the best gift in the world!

What is your privacy policy?

We take your privacy very seriously. There is absolutely no sharing or selling of our customers information. If you choose to share your email address with us when joining our loyalty program.
